How to use — Roundcube / HostPresto webmail

  1. Download the file above (saves as .html on your computer).
  2. Open it in any text editor (TextEdit, Notepad, VS Code). Select all & copy the entire HTML source.
  3. Log into mailserver.hostpresto.com → Compose.
  4. Make sure the editor is in HTML mode (toggle in the toolbar).
  5. Click the <> / Source button on the toolbar to view raw HTML.
  6. Paste the copied HTML into the source view, then close it. The rendered email appears in the body.
  7. Personalise the five placeholders, set the subject, send.

How to use — Gmail (browser)

  1. Open the downloaded file in your browser (it renders as the full email).
  2. Cmd/Ctrl + A to select, Cmd/Ctrl + C to copy.
  3. In Gmail: Compose, click into the body, paste with Cmd/Ctrl + V. Styling carries over.
  4. Edit the five placeholders inline, set the subject, send.
