About this track.
Masters Of Our Parole takes the deck life hands you and refuses to read the cards as fate. The song is a quiet philosophical insistence: the cards determine the choice, but never the interpretation. Direction changes. Contact is made. The game keeps moving.
We wrote it as the second movement in the Sunset Gold EP — a companion piece to the chain. The chain is about who holds us. This one is about what we do with the hand we're holding.
